We can make your visit as special as you would like.  We can provide drop-off and pick-up to the local attractions.  We can provide all the beach necessities and a picnic lunch.  We are also available to serve you a family style dinner from bbq to a New England clam bake.  You can go out for a romantic evening  and we can take care of the kids dinner and babysitting needs.

Rates: Seasonal (May-Oct.) $125 -$175/ night with a two night minimum. 

50% deposit due at booking.

A $25/night charge for each guest when more than two guests are staying in a suite.

Cancellations within two weeks of stay will be charged one night, all others will be charged a $25 fee. 

Off season $85-$110/ night, no minimums.

All rooms are  no smoking.

 Rates do not include taxes and may change without notice.
